Minister to Families

First Baptist Church in Piedmont, SC, is seeking a part-time Minister to Families.  This position will require approximately 20 hours per week, and will work regularly with the Family Ministry Committee on the following:

  • Lead in the planning and execution of all PFBC Family Ministry activities, including
    developing and overseeing the administration of a Family Ministry budget.
  • Lead in recruiting, equipping, and managing all volunteers in preschool, children, and
    youth ministries.
  • Maintain appropriate communication with families regarding congregational activities
    and opportunities for ministry and service.
  • Lead in outreach to families in the community to foster relationships and cultivate
    avenues for congregational involvement and membership.
  • Serve as a resource for parents, equipping them with tools needed to lead in the spiritual formation of their children.
  • Provide spiritual care as opportunities arise with preschoolers, children, youth, and their families.

ARBC is seeking the next creative and inspiring individual to lead the music ministry of a thriving congregation that continues to grow younger.
