Beverly Greer was born in Duncan, Oklahoma and raised in Augusta, GA where her dad was pastor of Warren Baptist Church for 35 years.  She graduated from Furman University where she met Joe Greer, an Organist/Minister of Music to whom she has been married since 1962.  They have four grown children and one grandson.  Her involvement with CBF began in August of 1990 at the organizing meeting in Atlanta.  She was a member of the first and several subsequent CBF Councils in South Carolina and on the National Council, serving as Global Missions Chair for one year.  For five years she was Minister of Education at Clearview Baptist Church in Anderson and has been Missions Coordinator for CBFSC since July 2005.  She enjoys travel, reading, movies, live theater, tailgating at Clemson football games and fellowshipping with friends over a meal.
